ok..here's why. Those blardy Indian people who rented my house...they recently broke the dining chairs during a FIGHT!!! Not to brag..it's from Pennsylvania and Rocco sofa's leather "koyak" already. All belonging to Parents dearest. There..how to repay??? Calculate:Upholstery=$1.2k..The dining:Have to buy a new set which cost the same=$599..Total:Almost $2k..Damn...Takde untung!!!!!

Oh,dat nite when we came there..had a talk to those indians. There are 7 of them renting my house. Complains keep coming lately bout this Samraj. He didn't do routine cleaning,he didn't keep the room clean (comparing with the other bedroom),blah..blah..blah..too many..

All along hubby was super duper nice to him and all the indians in the house.Coz he believe dat by doing so,they dun create trouble for him and make things easy for us.But he blew his top dat nite..The moment we reached there,he kept his cool. He talked to them in a soft tone. But when this Samraj talk so loud...he just can't take it..he closed the door and windows saying:F***lah..I talk to you nicely..you shout..You want the police come rite,No Prob!!!You b***s***lah..say got degree..If pple got degree can think..Simple only..keep my house clean..dat also you dun understand huh????.HAHAHA..Hubby dah *sort* already..Janganlah dia bantai tu budak sua...Well..he made a decision w/o consulting or discussing wif me..dah tak tahan liao...he told Samraj to move out by end of this month and wanna c how the rest cope w/o him..That Samraj was sure damn sad by the look of his face. So before leaving the house at 1am that Fri morning,reminded them not to fight.

We were about to aboard the car when Samraj walk up to us w/o his slippers on. Yeah..he need to talk to us..Well..kesian also lah but wat to do. So i decided to give him a chance! By Sunday when we drop by at my place again..I wanna see that the room is clean or else he's out..Yup can c dat he's not been keeping the house tidy..But then he's grateful of the chance given. Let's see if he did keep it clean. Will be there by 11am. Hub will be back from nite shift around 10am..sure a long day for him...

Peeps....here i include some pointers for you to take note when renting ur place
1)KEEP all expensive furn!!!!
2)Have a regular check/visit
3)Husband and Wife to be involve wif anything dat concerns the house and peeps(yeah..me leave it to my hub...my fault)
4)Limit the utensils(they want more..they will buy lah..dun be too generous.For my case..my mum put aside her utensils in the cabinet which blocked by a fridge so as not to let them use...YEAH!!!!They still use it!!!)
5)To know who's going in and who's going out(they pandai2 arrange among themselves,1 go out,deposit take from newcomer...now dunno who break wat..want to claim from who?End up the newcomers will have to pay if the contract ends.)
6)For the first 3 months...it's crucial..by then you can decide if u wanna let them stay or not(or else too late...my house if org nak beli think twice unless revamp the whole flat..dat bad u know...my kitchen cabinet pun dah pecah...ANIMALS..dorang pat negeri dorang asal boleh..pat sini pun tu macam...C'MON lah...we r CIVILISED PPLE here..Oh!!!wat I gather..dorang kenc*** pun setakat simba air skali jerr..GUESS..My toilet pun nak kena reno..Wanna calculate dat also...TAK DE UNTUNG!!!!)
7)Rent you place to FAMILY not to individuals!!!They will manage your house better..AND I heard Filipinos are better..they will sure well kept your place.
